Litter robot torque fault.
Usually when an over torque fault occurs this is because the globe is taking more effort than usual to rotate. There can be a few causes for this, main one being the LR hasn't been cleaned in a while allowing enough litter to accumulate on the top of the base. This results in the globe having to rub against the litter causing excessive drag.

The “full” message doesn’t mean full. Think of the low fuel message in your car. Doesn’t mean you’re out of gas. It’s just a warning.
